PDA
PDA
‘PDA’ is a behavioural assessment which allows you to discover and profile your behavioural characteristics. It also allows you to evaluate the behavioural and competency requirements of a job, so that a comparison can be made about your ‘fit’ for that job.
What PDA assesses:-
How you generally respond to different situations, challenges and commitments that you are faced with on a daily basis. It also predicts how you are likely to behave in certain situations, and why. It reveals your general behavioural preferences, what motivates/demotivates you, strengths and areas for improvement, as well as the ways in which you may adapt your behaviour to meet the demands of your environment.
Who would want to do this assessment?
Someone who wants to know what their strengths and weaknesses are
Someone who wants to improve their chances of career success
Someone who wants to know what their management style is
An organisation which wants to make a well-informed decision before appointing someone to a position
Answers the questions:-

What motivates me best? What demotivates me most?
How am I likely to react in a given situation?
Where do I need to focus on my development?
How best can I adapt my behaviour to become more successful in my environment?
