MCPA
MCPA is an acronym for ‘Modified Career Path Appreciation’. This psychometric assessment is an opportunity to explore your experience of, and approach to, work. You are also provided with an opportunity to reflect on your career, your aspirations and the type of work that you find challenging and stimulating (as well as those elements of work that frustrate and unnerve you!).
What MCPA assesses:-
Determines the respondent’s current level of capability, and predicts future growth potential.

Someone who is in a role, and wondering when it may be time to look for a more challenging assignment
Someone who is considering a different role, and wondering if they are up to the size of the job
Someone who is unhappy in a job, and wants to explore reasons which may be less obvious
Someone who wants to know what his/her career potential is
An organisation which wants to make a well-informed decision before appointing someone to a position

What type and complexity of role is this person capable of now?
What kinds of decisions and judgements would s/he be “in flow” with?
