Linked Personal Appreciation
LPA
LPA is an acronym for ‘Linked Personal Appreciation’. It measures your styles and strengths in each of 29 dimensions considered to be core to effective team and managerial functioning. An optional discussion will cover helpful areas such as how to develop certain areas, and where to focus career goals in order to make the most of your strengths.
